Lori Adams-Brown is a strategic transformation executive who turns organizational blind spots into competitive advantages. With 20+ years advising Fortune 100 CEOs and global leaders across three continents, Lori specializes in the intersection of psychological safety, AI-enabled workforce transformation, and business risk mitigation.
As former Director of Global Talent Development at a Fortune 100 AI hardware company, she architected leadership programs across seven global cities that elevated manager effectiveness by 48% and contributed to over $1B in revenue growth. A multilingual bridge-builder who speaks six languages, Lori has built distributed teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas- from coordinating UN tsunami relief efforts in Indonesia to scaling talent strategy in Singapore.
Currently serving on the Silicon Valley Executive board of the How Women Lead, and having sat on the DC-based human rights board Justice Revival and the Advisory board for the Center for Creative Leadership, Lori is also an active member of the Private Directors Association. She has led multiple international leadership retreats, including one for women on corporate boards, and has chaired a gala in San Francisco with her philanthropy work. Lori hosts the podcast A World of Difference, exploring how leaders create cultures where humans flourish and businesses scale. She's a certified CCL facilitator who believes CEO self-awareness isn't a "soft skill." It's the most critical risk mitigation strategy in modern business.
