Wellness: John and Mark Cronin on Downs Syndrome, Crazy Socks, Differing Abilities and Happiness

John and Mark X. Cronin, the father and son co-founders of John’s Crazy Socks, are on a mission to spread happiness. In pursuit of that mission, they have now released The Spreading Happiness Podcast with John and Mark, a weekly, 30-minute podcast designed to bring a smile to your face and make you feel good.

During the show, the father and son team banter about what is happening in their lives, their adventures and mishaps, conversations that often lead to hilarious results. As part of each show, they give updates on their sometimes futile efforts to get in shape, share the latest news from John’s love life and tell some jokes. They also share a few good news stories from around the world.

The podcast is available on all the usual podcast platforms and at their website.

TEDx Appearances

John and Mark recently recorded their second TEDx Talk entitled, “Hiring People with Differing Abilities is Not Altruism, It Is Good Business.” That Talk is available on YouTube and the TED platform.
