His journey started in South Carolina and took him to working closely with Afghan refugees in the Bay Area for nearly two decades. This rich cross-cultural experience, paired with his doctorate in leadership, drove him into becoming a board-certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) coach. Through IFS, Tim combines the emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being to help individuals become more compassionate and self-aware in their paths towards personal growth.
